i found the staff really amazing and helpful. the hotel's proximity to the tram was convenient for getting to the train station. the room was comfortable (especially the bed!). breakfast was marvelous.
my room was a bit noisy because of the street.

Really good Service and Convenient Location!

The staff was helpful! They kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to explore the city without any hassle. I walked just 15 minutes from the Santa Maria Novella station. They even suggested taking two tram stops since we had luggage. The tram stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. I received a recommendation for a excellent local restaurant with great food at a reasonable price!
The windows had no netting. Mosquitoes were a big problem when I tried to sleep.

The building has easy access to both tram and bus stops, made travel to the train station very simple. A direct bus to Piazzale Michelangelo departs from right outside the building, super convenient for sightseeing! The hotel provides free WiFi too.

I found several eateries around the area. They featured both local and international options. A large, chain supermarket is just a ten-minute walk away. This helped me with my meal options and grocery shopping.

The receptionist was AMAZING!!! They provided warm, considerate, and friendly service. They gave helpful suggestions about nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff stored my luggage at no cost on the day of check-out, which I REALLY appreciated.

The hotel is near the city center. Major attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk. The area not sketchy at all and was well-kept. It is near to the tram which goes directly to the train station!!!
